Kelvin Chan
Kelvin Chan is the Director for A*STAR Battery Centre. As the Centre Director, Kelvin is responsible for implementing A*STAR’s initiatives and building long term R&D capabilities in battery technologies by bringing together teams across A*STAR.
Kelvin is also the Deputy Director in Tech-Biz Development at the Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre (ARTC) and is responsible for the strategic development and operations of business development in ARTC across different industries as part of building a vibrant industry ecosystem.
Kelvin has 20 years of experience that spans across R&D programme management, technology development and management consulting in the aerospace, consumer goods, land transport and pharmaceutical industries.
