National Quantum Federated Foundry (NQFF)
The National Quantum Federated Foundry (NQFF) is a national-level quantum programme focusing on the development of quantum hardware and device components that are essential for quantum technologies. Functioning as a research foundry, NQFF provides access to capabilities across the full device development cycle of device design, fabrication, and characterisation.
NQFF is hosted at the A*STAR Institute of Materials Research and Engineering (A*STAR IMRE), with teams also operating in our partner institutions at the A*STAR Institute of Microelectronics (A*STAR IME) and the .
Under the , NQFF supports the national initiatives in quantum R&D as well as quantum industry partners, aiming to be a trusted technology translation partner to push next-generation quantum devices towards deployment and commercialization.
