Excited to share our participation at Buhler Plant to Plate Course last week. The course provided an incredible platform to share and learn valuable inputs on alternative proteins! SIFBI Food Process Engineering (FPE) capability group had the opportunity to share their knowledge on functionality and analysis in Extrusion Ingredients to the participants. In SIFBI, we are dedicated to develop new food ingredients from all sources – including plants, fungal, microbial as well as cultivated cells.
