International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST) òòò½Íø2022

Global food scientists, technologists and businesses have gathered to discuss the latest advances in Food science innovation at this year's International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST) òòò½Íø2022.

A*STAR òòò½ÍøInstitute of Food and Biotechnology Innovation (SIFBI) was privileged to host Guest-of-Honour MOS, MCCY & MTI Low Yen Ling for a tour around our booth, where we showcased our multi-disciplinary set of capabilities in food science R&D and how these will help to strengthen our Nation’s food resilience and #foodsafety in the long term as well as position #Singapore as a global innovation hub of scientific excellence.

Our scientists also presented on a series of exciting topics ranging from Foods of the Future to plant-based fat replacers. These findings are building blocks that will contribute to more innovative and sustainable future.

Through collaborations with ecosystem partners, we accelerate innovation and the transformation of the local food industry to capture new growth opportunities in the global food market.
