During the booth tour, Dr Koh engaged with Dr , ED SIFBI, to discuss our innovative solutions, particularly our multidisciplinary approach to supporting a sustainable agri-food ecosystem. He was particularly interested in our food valorisation initiatives – bio-converting our agrifood waste into aquafeed and how we tailor future food designs to consumer’s needs and nutrition. This highlights the importance of consumer acceptance and nutrition alongside sustainable and safe food production.
