NDRquant is a method for quantification the content of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in plasma cell-free DNA (cfDNA) based on tissue-specific cfDNA degradation of nucleosome depleted regions (NDR).

NDRquant is freely available for academic use (). Commercial usage requires a license.
