The Spatial and Single Cell Genomics Platform (S2GP; previously the Single-Cell Omics Centre) provides the local research community with easy access to state-of-the-art single cell capabilities, multi-omics expertise and consultation. We offer multiple 10x and Fluidigm workflows (ScRNAseq, ScATACseq, immune profiling [TCR, BCR], spatial transcriptome profiling). S2GP is a core facility that also provides training.
